Due to the Powell Street closure for the City of Emeryville's 4th of July Celebration, access to our restaurant may be affected.
🚗 Complimentary Parking: Powell Street Plaza
🚌 FREE Shuttle Service: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Our complimentary shuttle will provide continuous transportation between Powell Street Plaza and Hong Kong East Ocean Seafood Restaurant throughout the evening.
